Shipping Availability
We offer shipping across India.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery may take up to 6 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Failed Delivery Attempts / RTO Policy
Customers are requested to be available on the provided contact number. Our courier partners may make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If the order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, non-response, incorrect/incomplete address, wrong pincode, incorrect mobile number, or refusal to accept the package, it will be treated as RTO.
RTO orders are not eligible for refunds.
For re-shipment, the customer must pay:
- Original shipping charges
- RTO/return charges (2× the shipping charges)
- Re-shipment charges
Re-shipment is the only option for RTO orders.

Shipping Partner & Serviceability
Our primary shipping partner is DTDC, which we use for efficient and reliable delivery.
If your area is unserviceable with DTDC, please contact us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp . We will try to arrange an alternative courier service that delivers to your location.
If no courier service is available for your area, the package may need to be collected from the nearest serviceable courier hub
