At Trinkets Store For You, we strive to provide the best quality products and customer experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns & Refunds

We generally do not accept returns or refunds once the order is placed and delivered.

Damaged Products in Transit

If you receive a damaged product due to transit issues, you may request a replacement or refund. To process your claim, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Unboxing Video Guidelines

  • The video must be clear and uncut.
  • It should cover the package in 360-degree view.
  • Recording must start from the sealed package opening.
  • Any damage should be clearly visible in the video.

Please note that without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any refund or replacement request.

Size-Related Issues

We are not responsible for size-related concerns, as all product sizes and measurements are clearly mentioned in the product descriptions on our website and Instagram page. We kindly request customers to check the details carefully before placing an order.

Returns Due to Personal Preference

If you wish to return a product because you did not like it:

  • The return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the product, it will be inspected for its condition.
  • If approved, only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address / Contact Details Policy

Customers are requested to provide a correct mobile number, complete delivery address, and accurate PIN code while placing an order. Orders are shipped based on the information provided by the customer at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete mobile number, wrong PIN code, incorrect address, or customer unavailability, the order will not be eligible for a full refund.

In such cases:

  • Original shipping charges will be deducted.

  • Return shipping/RTO (Return to Origin) charges charged by the courier partner will also be deducted.

  • The remaining balance amount for the products will be refunded to the customer.

Please note that TRINKETSSTOREFORYOU is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details submitted during checkout. Courier services are assigned and shipments are processed strictly based on the information provided by the customer.
